This month, we’re proud to recognize Brian Jacobs, Assistant Branch Manager at our Virginia Avenue office, as CNB Bank’s Employee of the Month for August 2025. Though Brian only joined CNB in June 2025, he’s already made a memorable impact through his willingness to help, lead by example, and serve with heart.
Brian was nominated by a fellow employee who witnessed an act of true service:
“A woman came into the Virginia Avenue office distressed after discovering she had a flat tire. Without hesitation, Brian rolled up his sleeves, went outside, and got down on the ground to change her tire.”
From banking to being a roadside hero, Brian lives out CNB’s values of community and compassion every day. It’s this kind of service—both expected and unexpected—that strengthens the trust our customers and coworkers have in us.
