Hagerstown, MD, October 15, 2025 – Mark D. Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, is proud to recognize Joe Anderton, Vice President – Commercial Banker, and Tracy Bemiller, Commercial Banker, for successfully completing the Commercial Lending Specialist Certificate program through BankersHub.

This comprehensive certification program enhances knowledge in commercial credit analysis, cash flow and collateral evaluation, CECL practices, and underwriting strategies for both C&I and CRE loans. Through this achievement, Joe and Tracy have further strengthened their ability to support the lending needs of businesses across the tri-state area.

Joe Anderton joined CNB Bank in 2022 and brings over 18 years of experience in the banking industry. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Davis & Elkins College and is active on several boards, including the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, Lasting Change, Morgan County Parks & Recreation (Vice President and Secretary), the People’s Mutual Fire Insurance Company of WV, and the Hagerstown Revolving Loan Fund. He is also a member of the Hancock Rotary Club and coaches youth sports in Morgan County.

Tracy Bemiller joined CNB Bank in early 2024, bringing over 30 years of banking experience. He holds a B.S. in Business from Mount Saint Mary’s University, and both an MBA and Master of Finance from Loyola University. Tracy is deeply involved in the community, currently serving as President of the Hagerstown Rotary Foundation, Chair of the Hagerstown Rotary New Members Committee, and Treasurer of Garrett Regional Medical Center, a WVU Medicine hospital.
