Martinsburg, WV March 13, 2026 Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Robertson Viar to Branch Manager / Loan Officer at CNB Bank’s Hedgesville office.
Viar has been serving as Assistant Manager of the Hedgesville office since April 2024. In his new role, he will lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while also assisting customers with their lending needs and supporting business development efforts within the Hedgesville / Martinsburg region.
Viar began his career with CNB Bank four years ago as a Personal Banker at the Dual Highway office. Throughout his time with CNB, he has demonstrated strong leadership, a commitment to professional growth, and a dedication to serving customers with integrity and care.
He is a graduate of Hagerstown Community College, where he earned an associate degree in Psychology, and he is also a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking (Class of 2024), further strengthening his knowledge of community banking and financial services.
Robertson resides in Williamsport, Maryland, and is an active member of CNB Bank’s Leadership Advisory Committee (LAC), where he collaborates with fellow team members to support employee engagement and organizational growth. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying involved in his community.
