Hagerstown, MD April 1, 2026 Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, is pleased to announce the hiring of Tyler Orr as a Commercial Portfolio Manager. In this role, Orr will support CNB Bank’s commercial lending team by managing client relationships, analyzing credit needs, and helping deliver tailored financial solutions to businesses throughout the Hagerstown and Washington County market.

Orr graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Virginia University John Chambers College of Business and Economics in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He brings a strong background in financial analysis, relationship management, and community-focused banking.

A dedicated community advocate, Orr serves on the Advisory Board for The Salvation Army Hagerstown Command, where he contributes to long-range planning, program development, and community outreach initiatives. He has also played a key role in expanding the reach of the Angel Tree Program across Washington County, helping ensure that hundreds of local children and families receive support during the holiday season. In addition, Orr is a member of the Sons of the American Legion at Joseph Herbert American Legion Post 222, supporting efforts that strengthen communities, care for veterans, and promote American values.
