Martinsburg, WV May 11, 2026 Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Gail Moxley to Senior Vice President / Mortgage Banker.
Moxley has been a valued member of the CNB Bank team for 24 years and brings more than 35 years of banking experience to her role. Throughout her career at CNB, she has served in a variety of positions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the banking industry and a strong commitment to helping customers achieve their homeownership goals. She currently serves as Vice President / Mortgage Banker and will continue to support customers with their mortgage lending needs across the region.
Moxley is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Banking (Class of 2004). In 2018, she was honored as one of the Girl Scouts of the Nation’s Capital Women of Distinction, recognizing her leadership and contributions within the community.
She remains actively involved in the community, serving as a board member for Berkeley County Senior Services and the Eastern Panhandle Home Consortium. She is also a committee member for Family Selection for Eastern Panhandle Habitat for Humanity and the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors Education Committee, and serves as Co-Chair of the Pancakes for Polio Memorial Day Breakfast for the Martinsburg Rotary Club.
In past years, Moxley served as Chairwoman of the Board for the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce and President of the Rotary Club of Martinsburg.
A lifelong resident of Jefferson County, West Virginia, Moxley enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in the community she proudly serves.
