Hagerstown, MD June 3, 2026 — Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, is pleased to announce that Sammi Mellott, Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Banker, has been named to the Independent Community Bankers of America's (ICBA) 2026 Independent Banker 40 Under 40: Community Bank Leaders list.
Published by Independent Banker magazine, the annual recognition honors emerging leaders who are helping shape the future of community banking through innovation, leadership, and service.
Mellott has established herself as one of the region's leading mortgage professionals, helping individuals and families throughout the Tri-State area achieve homeownership. In addition to her success as a lender, she is actively involved in the community through organizations including Girls on the Run of Mid and Western Maryland and Leadership Washington County.
