Who is providing this notice? CNB Bank Inc.
How does CNB Bank protect my information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files  and buildings. We restrict access to your personal information to
only those bank employees with a business reason for knowing such information. We also educate employees about the
importance of customer confidentiality.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

 

  • CNB Bank Inc. has joint marketing partners to include credit card companies, service marketing companies and insurance
    companies.

PRIVACY RIGHTS OF USERS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)
Under the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), effective as of May 2018, EU data subjects are entitled to certain specific rights with respect to processing of their personal data.
