CNB Bank is proud to recognize Jacob “Jake” Menard as our Employee of the Month. Since joining CNB as a Mortgage Banker serving Washington County, Maryland, Jake has demonstrated exceptional drive, leadership, and community commitment.
A native of Hagerstown, Jake brings a unique background to the bank. He is a graduate of Clear Spring High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Shepherd University and a Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine. Before entering the mortgage industry, he served on the coaching staffs at St. James School, Shepherd University, Hiram College, Virginia Military Institute, and Ursinus College.
Jake’s experience in coaching reflects the core values he brings to his role—teamwork, leadership, and helping people achieve their goals. In his new position at CNB, he is committed to providing “exceptional mortgage services to the residents of Washington County.”
His contributions extend beyond the office. Jake was recently accepted into Leadership Washington County Class 39 for the 2025–2026 term, and he has joined the Board of Directors for Children in Need in Hagerstown—further deepening his commitment to the local community.
Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, shared, “Jake has been a valued member of the CNB team for just over a year, and in that time, he has made a strong impact on both our customers and our community. His dedication, leadership, and drive make him a well-deserving Employee of the Month, and we’re proud to have him on our team.”
We congratulate Jake on this well-earned recognition and look forward to his continued success in serving our customers and our community.
