Beginning October 15, CNB Bank is introducing enhanced security measures within CNB Now Online and Mobile Banking to provide additional protection for our customers and their financial information. What Customers Can Expect As these enhancements are introduced, customers may occasionally be asked to complete an additional verification step when accessing their accounts. You may see these additional verification requests a few times at first. This is expected as the enhanced security measures are established and does not necessarily mean there is an issue with your account. Do I Need to Do Anything? No action is needed ahead of October 15. Customers can continue using CNB Now Online and Mobile Banking as usual and simply follow the verification steps if prompted. Remember: Protect Your Information CNB Bank will never ask you to provide your password, PIN or verification code by email, text or an unsolicited phone call.
