Morgan, a native of Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania, has been with CNB Bank for nearly six years. She began her career as a Personal Banker and made the move to the Solution Center three years ago, where she continues to support our customers with care and consistency across digital and phone banking platforms.

Her approach has made a lasting impression. One customer who nominated her for recognition said:

“I had to call the bank last week with some questions on how a process worked. Morgan was mature, knowledgeable and very clear on helping me understand the process. I felt much better and appreciated the time she took to explain everything.”

Morgan’s steady presence and customer-first mindset make her a valuable part of the CNB team. Whether she’s guiding someone through online banking or just lending a reassuring voice, she brings calm, clarity, and commitment to every interaction.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys golfing, spending time with her friends and family, and being outdoors.
