Jennifer Waugh, Information Technology Officer

We are proud to recognize Jennifer Waugh as CNB Bank’s Employee of the Month for December 2025.

As our Information Technology Officer and retail systems expert, Jenn is the steady hand behind much of the technology that keeps CNB running each day. From supporting branch systems to helping roll out new technology like our ITMs, her work touches every corner of the bank. And with nearly 25 years of service to CNB (an incredible milestone she’ll celebrate this March!) her experience and knowledge are simply unmatched.

During a recent and demanding ITM implementation, Jenn went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. She supported teams in freezing temperatures, handled a constant stream of calls, and resolved system issues at the Main Office—all while maintaining her trademark patience and professionalism.

One team member shared:

She never hesitates to help — IT related or not — and does it all with patience and professionalism. Her commitment and positive attitude truly make a difference every day.”

That description says it all. Jenn is the kind of teammate who steps in wherever she’s needed. Whether the request is technical or simply someone needing a helping hand, she approaches it with a calm, solution-focused mindset that reassures everyone around her.

Outside of work, Jenn lives in Berkeley Springs with her family and enjoys quilting in her spare time, which is a hobby that perfectly reflects her personality: detail-oriented, thoughtful, and creative.
